To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

When creating listings on our platform, users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their watercraft
• Use only photos of the actual item being sold
• Set fair and reasonable prices
• Respond promptly to legitimate buyer inquiries
• Not post duplicate or spam listings

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to circumvent our platform for transactions
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

JetSportsTrader.com facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not party to the actual transactions. Users are responsible for:

• Resolving any disputes directly with the other party

Basic listings are free. Premium features may require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JetSportsTrader.com and its licensors. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display and promote such content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included therein.

JetSportsTrader.com shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
